Right:
Traffic RY 18 - Remain west of river until short final. No VFR daytime
straight in approaches.
Departing:
RY 36 - Left turn only to heading 320 degrees.
Inbound:
Use Deschutes VOR 117.6 - 23 NM on 178 degree Radial.
